Where can I view the information for my purchase(s)??



To view your tickets, kindly log in to your Ticketmaster my account > My Tickets.

How do I confirm that my booking has been made/successful?



Ticketmaster will send an order confirmation email to the email address you supplied during your booking, up to 72 hours after purchasing your tickets. If you did not receive an email confirmation please check the email that you have registered withTicketmaster is the correct email address. Please also check your junk or spam folder to ensure that your provider hasn't misfiled the email. As the confirmation number is unique to each order, Ticketmaster are not able to resend the email confirmation for security purposes.

What is the Ticketmaster refund and exchange policy?



Ticketmaster purchase policy states that no refunds, exchanges or cancellations will be permitted once you've made your booking unless the event is cancelled or postponed.

What happens if the event is cancelled or postponed?



Cancellation or Postponement policies are event specific. Please visit the specific event page via ticketmaster.sg for up to date announcements on cancelled or postponed events. Details regarding the refund process will also be listed on the event page.

Where can I find parking for the Pasadena Civic Auditorium?



Public Parking is available all around the PCA venue and within close walking distance. The average price for event parking will range from $12-$30 dollars depending on the length of the event you're attending.

Is there an age limit or dress code to enter the concert?



There is no age limit or dress code for the Concert.

Can I upgrade my ticket(s)?



If you wish to upgrade your ticket(s) this can be only done via Ticketmaster hotline and is subject to ticket availability and applicable terms and conditions. Kindly note that we cannot downgrade tickets or exchange your tickets between dates.

I bought my tickets through a third party website/reseller. Are my tickets valid?



Ticketmaster does not recommend the on-selling or purchase of tickets through unauthorised third party sellers. This is to prevent unauthorized transfers, forgery, and fraudulent activities and ensures the integrity of the ticketing process. This helps to protect fans from potential scams or issues related to counterfeit tickets.

What if I accidentally reveal the barcodes of my tickets?



Only the first scan of the barcode on your ticket will be allowed entry. Make sure you keep the ticket safe and do not reveal/disclose the barcodes unnecessarily. If more than one copy were to arrive, the barcode scanner will alert the attendant that the ticket has already been scanned. In the event of a dispute, the ticket holders will be asked to produce their proof of purchase from Ticketmaster as well as verification of the Ticketmaster account used for the purchase.

Why am I denied entry when I show a photo of my ticket(s)?



Admission policy specifies that only physical tickets, PAH or electronic tickets in PDF/QR format on a mobile phone/device will be considered valid- which are the accepted forms of tickets for entry into the event/venue. make sure to have the necessary ticket ready before arriving at the venue to ensure a smooth entry process.

If I arrive later than the start time for the Concert, is there a set time that I will be denied entry to the event?



No, there is no set time patrons will be denied entry to the concert.
